Liverton has recently completed a comprehensive turn-key network solution for The International apartments. The Sanctuary Group owned property located in the heart of Auckland has all the amenities you would imagine including a 5-star celebrity chef restaurant, private dining, a cinema, library, 3-level parking and a gym. A variety of room types are available, ranging from Studios to 1 and 4 bedroom apartments. The central location ensures you are nearby to all the action Auckland has to offer.
When Sanctuary Group was planning the renovation from offices to apartments, they knew they needed to provide high-speed internet for their new apartment owners. As the previous building owners had completely removed the pre-existing network structure, they required a brand-new customised network design to provide internet connections for 90 apartments that varied in sizes a internet billing gateway to manage all connections.
Upon their search for a solution they faced two key challenges, they wanted to find one contractor who could complete the full network solution and they who had the skills and quality equipment required to provide such a solution for their soon to be luxury apartments.

They used fibre cables to each apartment with future proofing in mind and enterprise grade network and wireless equipment to provide high quality wired and wireless connections throughout the apartment.
The Liverton designed and built network uses the latest wireless equipment capable of delivering top-speed wireless connections. The system is fully managed and monitored remotely by Liverton staff and support calls can be made 24/7 to our trained technicians. Guests logon is seamless using our Billing Gateway integration with the property management system.
With everything set up and ready to go, a new apartment owner has to simply connect to their apartments network, create an account and purchase a connection plan to be instantly connected to the internet without having to wait weeks for a usual internet connection.
