The results of the roll out of Liverton’s SmartStay solution has exceeded our expectations for ROI and guest usage has been fantastic so far. The solution has allowed us our team to spend more time communicating with guests rather than behind a computer screen and the result has been a more engaged guest with faster check-in and out times. Our guests love the simplicity and intuitiveness of the kiosks. While the investment in this technology is significant, it’s had a positive ROI for our business, and we have not any technical problem with the technology. Liverton’s team have been excellent and are experts in this area.
